Preparing for Baby #3

You guys…10 weeks or so to go before the arrival of baby #3! While I feel that I have all of the clothes and crap we will ever need (having one of each gender already), I feel like I need to do more to prepare my youngest (18 months), but I don’t really know what to do. My oldest, he’s 4 – he’s been through the whole process of welcoming a newborn into the family and honestly, when we brought our daughter home for the first time, he was a pro. He did have a week of potty accidents, but other than that, he was a natural big brother and eased right into his role. He will do just fine. He’s excited and hopes to have a baby brother, since his sister is so loud and screams so much :) Now my daughter on the other hand, I have a feeling once we bring baby home, it’s going to turn her world upside down. She’s my little spitfire. She’s fearless, rambunctious, sassy and sometimes sweet.
We talk about the baby in mommy’s belly. We play with her babies, and practice feeding and changing their clothes. We read books on being a big sis. But I feel that it’s not enough for her. She understands things pretty well…but I don’t think she quite understands what’s coming soon.
So here’s where I need your help! For those of you who have your own little spitfire at home, what did you do to help prepare? Watch videos? Sing songs about babies? Nothing?

How did you involve your little spitfire once the baby was home? I can either see her wanting nothing to do with the baby or smothering the baby. I guess we will wait and see.
Send any advice over you may have. I will take it all!
Thanks mamas!
